Теперь вопрос такой - можно ли ИНТЕГРИРОВАТЬ обновления в
Adobe Acrobat v9 Professional_Russian Что-то никак не получается... Это вообще возможно (на мысль натолкнул параметр
/update ) ???
Кто что скажет?
Сам нашел ответ - ДА, МОЖНО!

The best practice is to...
1. perform and administrative install of your acrobat pro 9 package to a network location:
msiexec /a acropro.msi
2. integrate your patch into the administrative install
msiexec /p patch.msp /a pathtomsi\acropro.msi
3. use the Adobe Customization tool to create a Transform (MST) such as acropro.mst, which will serve as an answer file to silently install Acrobat along with your customizations.
4. When creating your Program your command line will be:
msiexec /i acropro.msi TRANSFORMS=acropro.mst /q
i prefer to have packages always up to date, so when the next patch is released...
1. repeat step 2 to integrate the patch into your source package (users should not be connected to the SMS share on the DP, use the disconnect option on the package properties to ensure)
2. On the package perform an Update Distribution Point to increment the version and update your package onto the Distribution Points.
3. create a program which will repair the install of Acrobat Pro, the command line will be:
msiexec /f MSIProductCode REINSTALLMODE=vomus
the v in vomus is important as it will instruct Windows Installer to reinstall from the original location (which is now updated with patch) as opposed to the locally cached msi package.
4. create an Advertisement for the repair and advertise it to the Acrobat Pro Collection
Не ИНТЕГРИРУЕТСЯ обновление 9.1.2. Выкидывает с ошибкой... Все делал как написано...
1. Создал адм. точку:
>msiexec /a acropro.msi TRANSFORMS=ru_RU.mst
(чтоб диалог на русском был). Распаковалось в заданную папку
2. скопировал туда же все обновления, WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe
3. Установил первые два обновления (AcroProStdUpd910_T3T4_incr и AcrobatUpd911_all_incr):
msiexec /p AcroProStdUpd910_T3T4_incr.msp /a acropro.msi
msiexec /p AcrobatUpd911_all_incr.msp /a acropro.msi
Все нормально установилось (проверял обычную установку - предлагает установить 9.1.1-версию)
4. А AcrobatUpd912_all_incr командой
msiexec /p AcrobatUpd912_all_incr.msp /a acropro.msi
Не установился (выкидывает с ошибкой 2602: ... - не может найти какой-то файл .911)
И почему так?
