Такой дамп появился после выхода из ждущего режима. Поставлены последние 13.1 драйвера АМД. Раньше тоже были проблемы с выходом из ждущего режима начинал моргать дисплей.
В ждущем настроено, что выключается только дисплей. Спящего нет.
