When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers marking code or data as pageable when it should be
marked nonpaged.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.

Давайте сделаем так:
1.
Скачайте программу по удалению Антивируса Avast и удалите его
2. Посмотрите, нет ли обновлений BIOS на Вашу материнскую плату.
3. С помощью AIDA выполните тест стабильности системы, при этом смотрите за изменением температуры, а в окне "Voltages" за напряжением питания. Скрин "Voltages" сделайте после завершения теста примерно через минуту. Хочу посмотреть, как изменилось напряжение при снижении нагрузки. Оба эти скрина прикрепите в следующем сообщении.
4. С помощью FurMark 1.15.1 проверьте Вашу видеокарту.
5. Протестируйте память, для этого скачайте программу Memtest86+ и выполните 8-9 тестов. Посмотрите, как нужно пользоваться этой программой.
6. Обновите драйверы камеры Logitech:
